I'm a great cook!
Janelle's family bridal shower is this Friday. I'm so excited. Well I volunteered to make a lemon cheesecake. I made a test cheesecake yesterday. It didn't turn out just like the picture but I think I know how to do it better. But the most important part... it tasted GREAT!

Can't wait to taste it. I have never had a lemon cheesecake, but lemon is one of my favorite flavors, so I am sure to love it. If you can't be a good cook, have a daughter that is a good cook, is my motto.
