I think we found our new apt. It is about 4 blocks away from where we're now. Very comparable in size. Rent will be about $20 cheaper when you add it all together. And if we get chosen to shovel in the winter and water the lawn in the summer they will knock $50 off a month. :) They wanted $650 a month but Kyle talked them down to $630 with a 2 year lease. Kyle's talking to them today to see if we could move in Feb. 1st.
The apt is in a four-plex basement. With newer carpet and windows that are 2 years old.

That's a cute little apartment - it looks very clean. Jay would love to help. I can come too and get things wet (using no chemicals). Or just watch Spencer. :)
