Well Kyle went yesterday (Friday) after school to the rental place and someone beat us to the apt by 1 hr. arg.
But there is another apt going to be available in March. We don't know the date but they said that they would be willing to honor our agreement. yeah.
So we will keep browsing the selections and if we find a keeper, great. If not, then we have a back up in March.
We have not seen the other apt. but it is the mirror image of the one we looked at.
March is better moving weather anyway... right?

Tough Break! I am sorry the deal fell through. At least you did not loose earnest money. And, hopefully you won't be moving in a snow storm. The mirror image looks promising, and maybe you will like it better. What side of the building is it on. You know me, sunny side is best.
