So a friend brought some cookies his wife made to work today. He gave me half and I thought I had gone to heaven!
I asked for the recipe and he said.. so easy....
1 box of chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil.
mix. bake 350 degrees 8-10 min.
So I'm making some up right now and boy howdy. They are so tasty.
I think this could be a good substitute for the brownie cookie we make at Christmas. Lots easier to make and taste the same or better.

Sounds easy enough that even I can make them!!
Note to self: Do not use Brownie Mix instead of Cake mix. . . you might get a small disaster.
